Kathi had a party for Rockwell at the river (In the Pavilion)
We had fun riding bikes into the river. I tried it, and Rockwell tried it. 
I think one other friend of Rockwell’s tried it. I was surprised all the others did not want to though.
We had fun all the same. Actually, it was a little too boisterous.. One boy fell out of a tree and broke his leg, and we had a storm roll though that blew everything around like crazy.

My oldest is getting…. older! 🙂 Happy birthday sweetheart! Here we are in an abandoned building down town. The lights in the background are a storefront across Broadstreet.
Hannah Also had a birthday swim party at Arthurs house. But I did not get anyy pictures for some strange reason.. 🙁 It was fun all the same! (There is a video in the archive of everyone diving in the pool for future refrence 🙂 )

Happy Birthday to my Oldest Daughter.. Sweet 16! We had a lot of fun this weekend. We had the SuperHappy Block party (That, even though it was sort of rained out, was still a lot of fun), and we went to Carowinds amusements today.
Here is a video of us going into the Park and trolling the Parking attendant. she thought it was funny.. You cant see what happened, but she tried to scan the pass, and had to pull the scanner way back in order to read it.
Amber was not excited about her assignment. lol.

Near the end of the day. We all had fun.
Hannah texted Kathi and told her that Amber and I took off and left her in North Carolina.. Then when she called freaked out, Hannah texted her this picture. (The park is half in one state, half in the other.)

Afterwords we found the only culvers in the south! The Birthday angels were smiling on HannaH.
The day before we spend some time at the SUPERHAPPY BLOCK PARTY That was organized by my friends at the Clubhouse. It ultimately got rained out, but we still had some fun. Here is Hannah being silly.

We went to one of Hannah’s friends 16th birthday party today. Ally, the girl Hannah rides to school with turned 16 recently. I brought the cotton candy machine over, and everyone had fun making cotton candy.
Earlier this morning, I helped the North Augusta Elementary School with their spring Carnival. That worked out well too.
Last week, I visited my friend Dominique. He had a surprise in his garage he wanted to show me. He purchased a un-restored Model T! I think he should just leave it in his old garage.. It looks right at home, just the way it is.

Happy 15th Sweetheart! We had an eventful day Saturday. Early, we went to the clubhou.se to blow up balloons and make a sort of balloon arch for the national day of civic hacking. My friend Eric was one of the creators of it, and now it is a honest to goodness whitehouse recognized event.. pretty neat I would say. Hannah is glad it happens on her B-day.. this means that there will be hackathons and makerfairs on or around her birthday each year!
Speaking of makerfairs. She found one happening in Columbia on her day, and that is what she wanted to do for her birthday! I fully approve of course!! Here she is with her friend Amber learning how to solder. They made a little flashy light button.
How cool is it that she wanted to go to a makerfaire. I’ll tell you. >Very<.

My youngest daughter is 11. I can’t believe it. How lucky can one parent be? Did I mention that she got through Elementary School and never got less than an A in any class.. ever? My boy is growing up quick. I cant wait to see all of them in a few days.
Getting some last minutes things done on the house. so far so good. I also have to load some pictures of the great visit from my sisters! Melinda and Beck and a friend stopped by and we had a great visit. Ate at a couple local places (Al’s and Manuel’s) and just checked out the town. The visit reminded me we live in a pretty nice place.
Anyway.
