Hannah

Hannah is going to get some undue attention on this blog for a little while, for obvious reasons.. I will try to transfer facebook stuff here as much as possible of Rockwell and Melinda.

Anyway.. we visited the library tonight. Here is the typical place I find Hannah if I leave her alone for any length of time. It’s a sign she is done harvesting books.

And here is the typical harvest. Now, I don’t know about you, but my normal visit to the library rarely nets more than a book or two. These are due the Sept 8th.  History says half of them will be read by that time.

What kind of books? A few titles, please. Inquiring minds want to know.

It’s a beautiful sight to see your child curled up in a chair with their nose in a book..it’s just beginning with us..we have always read to them but finally they are picking up books..we just finished Enid Blyton’s Enchanted Forest/ Faraway Tree trilogy and Lars was worried about what we would read next ..when I told him we have about 60 more of her titles to get through he relaxed a bit….for Rockwell get him the new Roddy Doyle books they are really funny…
