We give thanks for Family! Here, and far away!
We deep fried a couple birds.. I guess it’s getting mundane enough that I forgot to take pictures! We also had our standard Lithuanian fare.. (Lugan Lugan Lugan .. That was for Teri) And K did not spare the butter, thank goodness. It was GOOD!
OK, I took him to the barber.. It seems like he is destined to have curly hair. (Chris took this picture at an antique mall we visited)
Chris and Peggy took us out to eat last night (Thanks Chris and Peg!) We went to the “mellow mushroom” Good pizza (for the south) and sandwiches.
And later than night, the kids got to have a “sleep over” with themselves, at least. Did you aver sleep with your child, and have them shove you over to the other side of the bed? Well, this is what happens when one is pushing one way, and the other is pushing the other way… The kid in the middle gets smooshed!
Chris and R just hanging out together. R was truly upset when Chris left.
Peggy made a cornucopia for the kids.. (I call it a “corny-copia”) and if looks can speak, there saying .. “OK, enough with the setup.. We’re just going to eat it anyway!”

We did many things this weekend. R and M and I went for a walk, H went ice Skating for the first time, we all went to Arthurs to make apple Juice, and H went to a sleep over with the kids from Louisiana, and to their Church service with them this morning. To quote H “They were TOO loud!” (smile)
Here is a movie of the apple Juice event… Click on the picture for a QuickTime movie. (~1.5meg)

I don’t know why I’m having a hard time posting lately.
It’s the time of the season… M had her fall festival at School today. I think she enjoyed herself.

I guess not much has been going on. That’s not true of course, but sometimes its difficult to explain about what’s going on.
R has a favorite book. Its the only book he wants read to him. I italicize “read” because its a picture book with no words in it.. Over, and over, and over again. Come-on kid, you have to have SOME other book your interested in!
Here is a picture of it. And it was a gift.. But long enough ago that I forget who it was from, and its not noted on the cover. Can anyone Identify who it might be from?
Click on the picture for a “reading” of the book with R.
K had a “estate” sale this weekend. Oohh, all the cool stuff came out of storage. The turnout was meager, but the people that showed up surely gave this sale their best sale of the day award.
As tigger would say. TTFN.

Our Tenant from New Orleans went home to visit their house, or what was left of it. Check out the mold on the walls. What a mess. The insurance company says it can be fixed. I guess they will find out.
Here is our tenant and her Mom this weekend In New Orleans.
I guess this is a upper class neighborhood nearby. Evidentially, the whole city is like this. Stuff just piled up waiting for removal. This picture was taken two days ago
Here are the kids on their way out to trick or treat. I’m not sure what H was, but it wasn’t the queen of hearts!!
We saw some ghosts on our visits!! Do you see them? If you look close, you can see some apparitions!
