Hmm.. Perhaps I am becoming a once a month Poster Luke! Sorry!
Actually, I have an excuse.. 🙂 I just got a new computer, and had to load all my editing software back onto it.. ha, thats it. It’s a cool dual core 2G Pentium with a 200G hard drive, 1G memory (I don’t know why I didn’t just go for 2G) and a NVidia video card in a low profile case. Nice and fast. And the motherboard came with software that lets you overclock it according to the temperatures of the components.. neat.
Anyway.. Here is Rockwell at his PreK Easter parade giving me a funny look. Kath made the custom hat.
Hannah and a friend walked to the science center this weekend (This would have been a good time to post some GPS located pictures, no? Oh well) Here they are crossing the bridge into Georgia. (Not quite a mile from our front door)
Here we are on the “river walk”.. Its a turtle traffic Jam!
The Fort Discovery science center is about a mile and a quarter from our house. Here we are at the granite ball before we went in.. This is neat. The ball weighs 1070 pounds, and is held up by water. They say the water is at 10 pounds.. and I forget what the surface area is.. sorry.
Pendulum pictures are always fun.
Here I am at a display in the center.. The math is simple; You should be able to divide the distance between the nodes (in CM) into 34300 (speed of sound in CM) you should get the frequency. I say their Frequency meter is off. Hey Math Geeks out there… am I wrong?
